Vietnamese coffee is addicting! Espresso drips into a cup of condensed milk. Stir and pour the whole thing over ice. YUM YUM!!! We've tried to make it at home, but just can't get the right ingredient ratio. Maybe that's a good thing...I have my concerns about condensed milk. It's so sweet! As my niece reminds us "a minute on the lips, a lifetime on the hips." Yikes...
Earlier this week I went to *bucks and because it's been so crazy hot, I decided on an iced coffee with a shot of vanilla syrup instead of my usual "tall mild w/room for cream." OMG...it's nearly the same! The biggest difference is the smooth creamyness that condensed milk provides. This could be dangerous...
