Super Bowl Sunday. We had just sat down to watch the game and the boys were playing with their Thomas train set on the floor... On TV the ref blew a whistle and rolled his hands, before anything was said, Noah says "false start." Whoa! Where did that come from?! I asked him, how did you know that? He said "the man rolled his hands...like this" and showed me the motions. Then I asked him if he knew what a touchdown looked like and he put two arms in the air; Jonah did the same thing and said "uchown." These boys!
We went to a friends house to continue watching the game and it was really fun. The family has three boys, and there were two other little boys and our two...it was great for them. All those boys (except Jonah) went to the backyard to play their own version of football. So funny. I think the oldest was 7 or 8...no one knew what they were doing, but they were sure serious about it! At one point, Noah popped his head in and said "excuse me, those boys are not throwing the ball to me" and then ran back outside...
